- Research current fashion trends, market demands, customer preferences, and competitor collections.
- Develop creative concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and seasonal design collections.
- Create hand-drawn sketches, digital illustrations, and technical drawings of garments.
- Select suitable fabrics, trims, colors, prints, embellishments, and accessories.
- Prepare design specifications, measurement charts, and tech packs for production.
- Coordinate with pattern makers, sample tailors, merchandisers, and production teams.
- Review garment samples and recommend changes to improve fit, quality, and appearance.
- Ensure designs meet quality standards, target costs, and production timelines.
- Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to garment patterns and samples.
- Maintain design documentation, fabric swatches, sample records,



and collection details.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve the brand’s product range and visual identity.
- Ensure all designs are commercially viable and consistent with the brand’s design direction.
- Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, textiles, and fashion illustration.
- Understanding of garment fitting, sizing, finishing, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with fashion design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or CLO 3D is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
