Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development professional with experience in cheese, dairy products or the food industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, acquiring customers and increasing sales by building strong relationships with restaurants, cafés, hotels, caterers and other food-service businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and generate sales for cheese and dairy products.
- Identify and acquire new customers, including restaurants, cafés, hotels, QSRs, caterers and distributors.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Conduct market visits to identify potential customers and understand their product requirements.
- Promote cheese products and recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Explore new markets, customer segments and distribution opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, order processing, product availability and timely deliveries.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer feedback.




- Prepare sales reports, maintain customer databases and follow up on business leads and payments.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience in sales of cheese, dairy products, food ingredients or FMCG products is preferred.
- Experience in HoReCa sales (Hotels, Restaurants and Cafés) will be an added advantage.
- Strong business development, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to identify new customers and convert leads into business.
- Good communication, presentation and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for market visits and customer meetings.
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant food-industry sales experience will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For

A proactive sales qualified who understands the cheese/dairy market, has an established customer network or the ability to develop one, and can independently generate new business.
