- Identify and source potential real estate projects, land parcels, and redevelopment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, channel partners, and local consultants.
- Conduct preliminary feasibility checks including location study, market demand, and price benchmarking.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams for due diligence and documentation.
- Negotiate commercial terms with landowners and intermediaries.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming development opportunities.
- Ensure timely closure of sourcing leads as per company strategy.
- Maintain a database of sourced properties and ongoing negotiations.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sourcing, acquisitions, or business development.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Positive understanding of real estate laws, land titles, and redevelopment models.
- Ability to conduct market research and basic financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
