We are looking for an Off-Page SEO & Link Building Specialist to grow our domain authority through high quality backlinks and genuine community presence.

This role is not about buying links or bulk directory submissions. The core of the job is earning quality backlinks from relevant, credible sites, and that is the main thing we will measure. A good part of that comes from communities like Reddit and Quora, so you will also handle our regular posting across social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Build high quality, relevant backlinks through outreach, guest posts, resource pages, tool listings, and partnerships.
- Grow our domain authority steadily, with explicit reporting on referring domains and links earned.
- Reach out to bloggers, publishers, and finance creators, and build long term relationships with them.
- Grow our presence on Reddit, Quora, and social media by being useful rather than promotional.
- Analyse competitor backlink profiles and identify link gaps worth pursuing.
- Convert unlinked brand mentions and recover lost backlinks.
- Maintain an outreach tracker covering contacts, status, and live links.

- Follow Google’s guidelines and each platform’s community rules so our accounts stay in good standing.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in off-page SEO, link building, or SEO outreach.
- Proven link building experience you can show us with live examples.
- Good understanding of domain authority, backlink quality, anchor text, and topical relevance.
- Experience posting on Reddit, Quora, or social media, for a brand or your own accounts.
- Working knowledge of Semrush or similar SEO tools, and Google Search Console.
- Clear, natural written English, since templated outreach does not work.
- Organised and consistent, as both outreach and posting depend on daily follow-through.

Preferred

- Interest in or exposure to trading, investing, or FinTech.
- Experience with SaaS, FinTech, or B2B websites.
- Existing relationships with bloggers or publishers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Benefits:

- Flexible schedule
- Food provided
- Work from home
