Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Accounts Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in handling accounting functions, financial statements, and taxation. You will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in budget planning and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day financial transactions including ledger maintenance, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations.

- Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.

- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and receipts.

- Maintain and update financial records to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Monitor and ensure timely processing of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

- Support the finance team during internal and external audits.

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.





- Handle petty cash management and reimbursements.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any finance-related queries.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.

- Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliance.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

- Prior experience working in [specific industry] is a plus.
