Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to manage all laundry-related activities in a private residence. The candidate will be responsible for washing, drying, ironing, folding, and maintaining clothes, linens, towels, and other household fabrics while ensuring proper care of delicate and premium garments.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, sort, and segregate laundry based on fabric type, colour, and washing requirements.
- Operate washing machines, dryers, steam irons, and other laundry equipment safely.
- Wash, dry, iron, steam, fold, and arrange clothes and household linen appropriately.
- Handle delicate garments, designer clothing, silk, wool, and premium fabrics with special care.
- Follow garment care labels and use suitable detergents and cleaning products.
- Remove stains using appropriate stain-removal techniques.
- Ensure clothes are properly folded, pressed, and organised in designated wardrobes or storage areas.
- Maintain an inventory of laundry supplies, detergents, and other consumables.
- Keep the laundry area clean, organised, and hygienic.




- Report any damaged garments, missing items, or equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of the household and its members.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure the timely availability of clean clothes, towels, bed linen, and other fabrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Laundry Attendant in a private residence, luxury hotel, or high-end hospitality establishment.
- Knowledge of different fabric types, washing methods, ironing techniques, and garment care.
- Experience handling delicate, branded, and premium garments is preferred.
- Ability to operate laundry equipment and use cleaning products safely.
- Robust attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
- Honest, disciplined, hygienic, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Pay: ₹18,700.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
