Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and technically robust General Manager / Deputy General Manager – Production & Development with extensive experience in Core Investment Casting / Lost Wax Casting.

The candidate will be responsible for managing complete investment casting operations and technical development, covering the entire process from die development and wax pattern production to melting, pouring, finishing, inspection, and final dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete investment casting production operations from wax pattern development to final dispatch.
- Manage die design, die development, die ordering, and die modification activities.
- Handle casting methoding and process development for new and existing components.
- Lead New Product Development (NPD), including feasibility studies, methoding, trials, and production stabilization.
- Manage wax shop operations,



including wax injection, pattern quality, assembly, and process control.
- Supervise tree and cluster assembly, ensuring proper gating and runner systems as per approved methoding.
- Manage ceramic shell operations, including slurry preparation, dipping, stuccoing, drying, and shell quality.
- Control dewaxing and shell preparation processes to ensure consistent casting quality.
- Manage melting and pouring operations, including metal chemistry, temperature, and pouring parameters.
- Oversee complete investment casting foundry operations.
- Lead shell knockout, cutting, fettling, grinding, and finishing operations.
- Analyze casting defects, rejection, rework, and scrap, and implement corrective actions.
- Improve productivity, quality, yield, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with Quality, Tool Room, Maintenance, Development, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Lead, mentor, and develop production and technical teams.
