Job Summary

We are looking for an independent, highly imaginative AI Video Creator & Creative Director who can take a raw story or poem and turn it into a high-quality, cinematic video asset.

We are not looking for a basic video editor.

We need a true creator who can listen to a piece of content and independently conceptualize the entire project. You will own the entire creative lifecycle—from choosing the visual aesthetics, generating premium graphics/animations using modern AI tools, executing sound engineering, and delivering the final product based only on a high-level creative direction.Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Conceptualization: Listen to poetry or stories and independently decode the mood, rhythm, and emotional arcs to map out the visual theme.
- Autonomous Decision Making: Take full ownership of selecting the color grading, visual metaphors, pacing, and graphics without needing step-by-step instructions.
- AI-Driven Visual Generation: Leverage current cutting-edge AI generation tools (like Runway Gen-2/Gen-3, Midjourney, Luma Dream Machine, Sora, or Pika) alongside traditional editing tools to generate cinematic, high-quality scenes.
- Advanced Sound & Music Design: Autonomously select, cut, and mix premium background scores (BGM) and ambient sound effects (SFX) that elevate the storytelling.
- Animation & Typography: Integrate clean motion graphics, cinematic transitions,



and beautiful kinetic typography/subtitles that match the poetic flow.
- Platform Optimization: Deliver high-quality, export-ready files tailored for YouTube, Instagram Reels, or Shorts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Creative Ownership: A strong artistic portfolio demonstrating deep storytelling, world-building, or abstract visualization (especially with poetry or narrative content).
- Advanced AI Tool Mastery: Proven expertise in text-to-video, image-to-video, and image generation tools (Midjourney, Runway, Leonardo AI, ElevenLabs, etc.).
- Traditional Software Proficiency: Mastery in video compositing and editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Sound Literacy: A excellent ear for audio pacing, tone, and sound design.
- Minimal Supervision: Ability to work flawlessly with just a one-sentence direction or a raw text document.
