What you earn

- Freshers: ₹21,000 per month for the first 3 months (apprenticeship), then ₹3.9 LPA full-time
- Experienced, EdTech sales: ₹3.9–4.6 LPA
- Experienced, other sales or telecalling: ₹3.9–4.3 LPA
- Uncapped incentives: most counsellors earn ₹15,000–₹30,000 a month extra, and top performers earn ₹70,000+

What you’ll do

- Talk to students and parents on inbound and outbound calls
- Explain courses, fees and results clearly and honestly
- Handle the sale from first call to admission




- Follow up on leads and meet monthly targets
- Share a daily report with your Team Leader

You’re a good fit if

- You communicate well in Tamil and/or English
- You have sales, telesales, inside sales, BPO or counselling experience, or you’re a fresher with a solid drive to sell
- You enjoy targets and incentives
- You have your own laptop
