The CRE (Customer Relationship Executive) is responsible for customer acquisition, business development, loan sales, customer relationship management, and overall branch business growth for the NBFC. The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting the company’s financial products, generating new business leads, conducting field visits, explaining loan products and eligibility criteria, and assisting customers throughout the application and disbursement process. The CRE is also responsible for customer onboarding, document collection, KYC verification, coordinating with credit and operations teams, supporting loan renewals and repeat business, following up on customer enquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. In addition, the role includes achieving assigned business targets, ensuring proper documentation,



supporting repayment follow-ups and overdue reduction where required, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable RBI guidelines. The employee must demonstrate valuable communication and negotiation skills, customer service orientation, fieldwork capabilities, and a proactive approach to achieving business growth while maintaining customer satisfaction and responsible lending practices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
