Job Description – Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Warehouse Manager to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, order processing, dispatch, and team performance. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth, accurate, and timely movement of stock and customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure timely order processing, courier-wise segregation, and dispatch coordination.
- Monitor stock discrepancies, damaged products, returns, and inventory movement.
- Implement processes to improve productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper storage practices.
- Prepare daily MIS reports covering inventory, dispatch, productivity, and pending orders.
- Coordinate with E-commerce, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service teams.




- Control warehouse operating costs and minimize stock loss, errors, and wastage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; warehouse or supply chain qualifications preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, D2C, or e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch operations.
- Experience in team handling, stock reconciliation, and warehouse MIS reporting.
- Good command of Excel and inventory/warehouse management systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

- Reduction in stock discrepancies, damages, and operational costs.
