Job Summary

We are looking for a Transmission Testing Engineer responsible for testing and validating transmission systems to ensure performance, durability, reliability, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional and performance testing of transmission systems.
- Conduct gearbox, clutch, gear shifting, and transmission durability tests.
- Carry out tractor testing and field trials under different operating conditions.
- Monitor noise, vibration, temperature, oil leakage, and transmission performance.
- Identify failures and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.
- Coordinate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues.




- Ensure compliance with testing procedures and safety standards.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of transmission systems, gearboxes, clutches, and drivetrain components.
- Experience in testing and validation of mechanical systems.
- Understanding of durability testing and failure analysis.
- Knowledge of tractor or automotive testing is preferred.
- Valuable analytical skills and technical report-writing abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in tractor manufacturing, agricultural equipment, automotive transmission testing, gearbox testing, or drivetrain validation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
