Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care
- Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and report changes to the treating physician
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, procedures, and discharge
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic life support when required
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of medical equipment
- Follow hospital policies, ethical standards, and nursing guidelines

Required Qualifications

- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing)
- Valid Nursing Council Registration

Experience

- Fresher or 0 - 2 years of experience in a hospital.
