Summary: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage (F&B;) Manager, exicutive & assistant to oversee all aspects of our dining and beverage operations. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, managing operational costs, leading our hospitality team, and ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of all F&B; outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets). Lead, train, and motivate the F&B; team to deliver excellent customer service. Control budgets, forecast targets, and manage operational costs (food, beverage, and labor). Design and curate innovative menus in collaboration with the Head Chef. Ensure strict compliance with food safety,



health, and safety regulations. Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.

Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

minimum 5 years of proven experience as an F&B; Manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L; management. Fluency in English ,Nepali & Bangla
