Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to communicate with customers over the phone, explain our products or services, generate leads, and provide excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries.
- Explain company products, services, and offers.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer records and update call details.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Resolve basic customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to speak Hindi and/or English; Punjabi is an advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
