Job Overview
WWICS is looking for an experienced and motivated Study Visa Counsellor to guide students through the overseas education and study visa process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study visa options and overseas education opportunities.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds and recommend suitable courses and universities.
- Assist with university applications, documentation, and visa filing.
- Guide students regarding admission requirements, visa procedures, and interview preparation.
- Follow up with students and maintain regular communication throughout the process.
- Stay updated on study visa rules and international education requirements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in study visa counselling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of study visa processes and documentation.
- Robust student-handling and counselling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple student applications efficiently.
