Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Manual Tester to join our QA team. The candidate will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, identifying defects, and ensuring that applications meet functional and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test cases based on project requirements
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues
- Perform positive and negative testing
- Test responsive UI across different devices and screen sizes
- Validate application functionality, error handling, and input validations
- Retest fixed issues and perform regression testing
- Coordinate with developers to understand and resolve defects
- Maintain test reports and documentation
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT,
or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in manual testing
- Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Knowledge of test case preparation and execution
- Understanding of smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing
- Knowledge of positive and negative testing techniques
- Basic understanding of responsive UI testing
- Knowledge of error handling and validation testing
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valuable communication and documentation skills
- Freshers with good testing knowledge can also apply
