Position: Sales Marketing Executive – Radiology & Pathology

ROLE OVERVIEW & PURPOSE

Nucleus Diagnostics is seeking energetic and motivated Marketing Executives to drive patient acquisition and doctor referrals for our Pimpri diagnostic centre in the PCMC market. This role is field-based and focuses on building relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals while also supporting marketing activities like corporate outreach and health camps.

What You'll Do:

· Visit doctors and clinics regularly to build referral relationships

· Support hospital tie-ups and institutional partnerships

· Help with corporate health camps and marketing events

· Contribute to digital campaigns and patient engagement

As a Marketing Executive, you will be the face of Nucleus Diagnostics in your assigned PCMC territory, working closely with the Marketing & Sales Manager to deliver consistent patient referrals and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Regular doctor engagement

· Visit doctors, consultants, and clinics in your assigned territory regularly

· Build relationships with General Physicians, Surgeons, Specialists (Ortho, Gynae, Paediatrics, etc.)

· Learn about each doctor's patient needs and diagnostic preferences

· Educate doctors about Nucleus Diagnostics services and capabilities

Referral Development

· Share information about our radiology services (CT, MRI, Ultrasound,



X-ray)

· Explain our pathology profiles and preventive health packages

· Track referrals and ensure referred patients receive quality service

· Follow up with doctors on patient outcomes and report quality

Hospital & Clinic Partnerships

· Assist Manager in identifying hospitals and nursing homes for partnerships

· Help with initial hospital tie-up meetings and discussions

· Coordinate patient referrals from hospital departments

· Ensure smooth patient handling and report delivery for hospital partners

· Understand hospital patient flow and referral needs

· Support sample collection and report delivery from institutional sources

Health Camps and Events

· Participate in planning and executing society and corporate health camps

· Handle on-ground registration, crowd management, and patient guidance

· Support sample collection and patient flow during camps

· Follow up with camp participants to convert them into regular patients

Corporate Engagement

· Support Manager in reaching out to corporate offices and IT companies

· Assist with pre-employment check-ups and wellness program inquiries

Lead Generation & Follow-up





· Identify new doctors and clinics that don't know about Nucleus Diagnostics · Conduct first visits to new prospects in your territory

· Maintain a list of potential referrers with contact details

· Follow up consistently to convert prospects into active referrers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Requirements

· 2–3 years of field work experience (sales, marketing, or business development)

· 1–2 years in diagnostics, healthcare, pharma, or hospital-related work (preferred) · Ability to visit doctors and build relationships consistently

· Willingness to travel extensively within PCMC territory · Diploma/Bachelor's Degree preferred

· Comfortable speaking in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English

· Ability to explain diagnostic services in simple, understandable language

· Basic understanding of diagnostic tests (CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound, Pathology) · Ability to learn and remember product information
