We are looking for a responsible and reliable Driver cum Delivery Coordinator to handle vehicle transportation, customer vehicle deliveries, and related coordination activities at our automobile dealership. The candidate should have valuable driving skills, knowledge of traffic rules, and the ability to coordinate vehicle deliveries smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive company vehicles and customer vehicles as required.
- Coordinate new vehicle deliveries to customers as per the scheduled delivery dates.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, properly maintained, and ready for delivery.
- Assist in vehicle registration, documentation, and delivery-related formalities.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and other departments to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Pick up and drop off vehicles for servicing, repairs,
and other dealership requirements.
- Verify vehicle condition before delivery and report any damages or issues.
- Ensure all vehicle documents, keys, accessories, and delivery items are handed over properly.
- Assist customers during vehicle handover and provide basic guidance on vehicle features when required.
- Maintain proper records of vehicle movements, delivery schedules, and related activities.
- Follow all traffic rules, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
