Job Description: IndiaMART & Lead Management Executive – Pharma

Role Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive IndiaMART & Lead Management Executive to handle incoming business enquiries, manage online leads, and identify government tenders related to pharmaceutical product supplies.

The candidate will be responsible for screening enquiries received through IndiaMART and other B2B portals, assigning qualified leads to the sales team, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The role also requires knowledge of pharmaceutical salts and products, along with the ability to identify relevant government tenders for medicine supply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor incoming enquiries from IndiaMART and other B2B lead-generation portals.
- Screen enquiries based on customer requirements, location, product interest, and business potential.
- Identify and filter duplicate, irrelevant, spam, and low-quality leads.
- Categorise leads as Hot, Warm, Cold, Follow-up, or Not Relevant.
- Assign qualified leads to the appropriate BDEs or telecallers for timely follow-up.
- Maintain and regularly update lead databases using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Track lead status, assigned salesperson, follow-ups, and conversion details.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure no potential enquiry is missed.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on incoming enquiries,



qualified leads, assignments, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Search for and monitor government tenders related to the supply of medicines and pharmaceutical products.
- Review tender requirements and identify relevant business opportunities for the company.
- Update company and product information on IndiaMART and other online portals whenever required.
- Coordinate with management to improve lead quality and maximise business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in IndiaMART handling, lead management, sales coordination, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of IndiaMART and other B2B online portals.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical salts, medicines, and pharma products is required.
- Basic understanding of government tenders for medicine or pharmaceutical product supplies.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong data management, organisational, and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and maintain accurate records.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales, pharma distribution, or government tender searching will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A detail-oriented qualified who can efficiently manage online enquiries, identify genuine sales opportunities, coordinate with the sales team, and support business development through government pharmaceutical tenders.
