Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller with a minimum of one year of experience in telecalling or sales. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining company products and services, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's products or services.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and successful conversions.




- Address customer questions and provide the necessary support.
- Prepare daily call reports and update customer information regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Any degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn.
