Job Title: Senior Accountant (5+ Years Experience)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5+ years of core accounting experience to handle all financial activities of our organization. You will take complete ownership of our financial records, manage end-to-end GST registration and return filings, and lead the company through internal and statutory audits.The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing finances independently and bringing structure to financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Management: Oversee all daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- GST Compliance: Handle the complete GST lifecycle, including new registrations, reconciling data, and filing monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) accurately.
- Audit Management: Independently manage and coordinate internal, external, and statutory financial audits. Prepare all necessary schedules, ledgers, and documentation for auditors.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheets,



P&L; statements, and Cash Flow).
- Taxation & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with corporate tax laws, TDS/TCS calculations, deductions, and timely returns filing.
- Banking & Reconciliation: Manage cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, and complex vendor/client ledger reconciliations.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of solid, hands-on experience in a core accounting and taxation role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (b.com), Inter-CA, or CA.
- Technical Skills: Advanced expertise in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or SAP, along with strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Expertise: Deep practical knowledge of Indian taxation, GST portal operations, and audit coordination.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent analytical thinking, and a high level of integrity.
