- Typically requires a 10+2 science background (physics, chemistry, biology), followed by a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT), a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in MLT, or an Associate Degree.
- Job location is in Fatehpur.
- Receiving, labeling and analyzing samples (blood, toxic, tissue etc.)
- Designing and executing laboratory testing according standard procedures
- Conducting experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various types of hypotheses using refined scientific methods.
- Calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory tools like microscopes, autoclaves, incubators, cell counters, and chemical analyzers.
- Proficiency in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, spreadsheets, and basic data correlation.
