Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to manage the hotel's IT infrastructure, hotel management software, network systems, and technical support operations. The candidate should have knowledge of hotel software, IDS systems, and daily hotel IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain hotel management software, including PMS and related applications.
- Handle IDS software/systems and coordinate with software vendors for technical support.
- Maintain hotel networks, Wi-Fi, servers, computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to Front Office, Reservations, F&B;, Accounts, and other departments.
- Ensure smooth operation of hotel systems, including billing, check-in/check-out, and reporting.
- Maintain data backups, system security, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for software updates, system maintenance, and installations.




- Train hotel staff on software usage and IT procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 5–7 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS, IDS software, and hotel operational systems.
- Good understanding of networking, hardware, Windows operating systems, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple hotel departments and manage IT operations independently.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000.
- Salary based on experience and technical knowledge.
