Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Senior Civil Engineer with 8 - 10years of experience in high-rise construction and real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in civil execution, RCC structural works, construction planning, and site management, along with hands-on exposure to Mivan formwork, PT slabs, deep foundation piling, and soil retention systems.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and delivering projects as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day civil construction and execution activities for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
- Manage RCC structural works, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and other structural elements.
- Supervise the implementation of Mivan/aluminium formwork technology and post-tensioned (PT) slab systems.
- Monitor deep foundation piling, soil retention systems, and other critical construction activities.
- Review structural and architectural drawings and coordinate with design consultants to resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, relevant IS Codes, and NBC regulations.
- Monitor project progress, construction schedules, resource allocation, and site productivity.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, workmanship, and compliance with safety standards.
- Identify construction challenges, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective measures to minimize delays.
- Monitor material consumption, quantity estimation, BOQs, and contractor measurements.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates,



risks, and execution challenges to senior management.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones while maintaining quality, cost, and safety requirements.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) from a recognized institution.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in civil construction and real estate projects.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building construction.
- Proven hands-on experience in structural execution, site management, and contractor coordination.
- Practical exposure to Mivan formwork, PT slabs, piling, and soil retention systems is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be an execution-focused Civil Engineer with substantial experience in high-rise real estate projects, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage complex site operations. The candidate should be comfortable working on-site across Delhi NCR and capable of coordinating multiple teams to ensure timely, protected, and quality-driven project delivery.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
