Job Description: MERN Stack & Machine Learning Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack & Machine Learning Developer who has hands-on experience in building full-stack web applications using the MERN stack and developing Machine Learning models using Python.

This role requires a combination of strong web development skills and practical Machine Learning expertise. Candidates must be comfortable working across both domains, developing scalable web applications, building ML models, and integrating intelligent solutions into web-based products.

Important: Experience in both MERN Stack Development and Machine Learning model development using Python is mandatory. Candidates with MERN-only or Python-only experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities1. MERN Stack Development

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces and robust back-end services.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and manage database operations.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Debug, test, and maintain existing applications.

2. Machine Learning Development Using Python

- Develop, train, test, and evaluate Machine Learning models using Python.
- Work with relevant ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Select suitable algorithms based on the problem statement and project requirements.




- Integrate trained ML models into web applications through APIs or other suitable deployment methods.
- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.

3. Full-Stack and ML Integration

- Connect Machine Learning models with MERN-based applications to build intelligent, data-driven features.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for automation and AI/ML integration.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable code and document technical implementations.
- Troubleshoot issues across front-end, back-end, database, and ML components.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Practical experience in building and training Machine Learning models using Python.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, model training, validation, and evaluation metrics.
- Experience developing REST APIs and integrating back-end services.
- Knowledge of database design, data handling, and application architecture.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, debugging, and software development best practices.
- Ability to independently manage tasks and deliver projects in a fully remote work environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications





- Experience deploying Machine Learning models into production environments.
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks.
- Experience using Docker, cloud platforms, or CI/CD workflows.
- A portfolio of projects demonstrating both MERN development and Python-based ML models.
- Experience building AI-powered web applications or data-driven products.

What We’re Looking For

We are specifically looking for someone who can contribute beyond traditional MERN development. The ideal candidate should be capable of building complete web applications while also developing and integrating Machine Learning models.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate practical projects or implementations in both areas during the screening or technical interview process.

Compensation and Work Mode

- Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on skills and relevant experience.
- Work Mode: 100% Remote.
- Employment Type: Full-Time.
