About the Role – SAP Business One Functional Consultant

Inecom is hiring for one of its most in-demand positions — an SAP Business One functional consultant to join our growing implementation team in Mumbai and Pune. If you’ve been searching for SAP Business One functional consultant jobs that offer real project ownership, international exposure, and long-term career growth, this is the role for you. As a certified, premium international SAP Business One (B1) partner, Inecom delivers ERP solutions for complex manufacturing and distribution companies across India, the Middle East, and Europe.

In this position you’ll provide both pre-sales consultancy and post-sales implementation services on SAP Business One, working directly with mid-sized enterprises to map their business processes, configure the system, and take them successfully to go-live.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver pre-sales consultancy — product demonstrations, requirement gathering, and solution scoping for prospective clients.
- Lead post-sales SAP B1 implementations for manufacturing and distribution SMEs, from blueprint through go-live and hypercare.
- Analyse and map client business processes, identifying gaps and recommending best-practice SAP Business One configurations.
- Configure SAP B1 modules, migrate master data,

and support custom reports and integrations.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and deliver hands-on training so client teams are confident at go-live.
- Ensure each implementation meets local legal and fiscal compliance requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an SAP Business One functional consultant.
- Proven track record of executing at least five full SAP B1 implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of core business processes across finance, sales, purchasing, and inventory.
- Working knowledge of legal and fiscal compliance within ERP contexts.
- Willingness to travel internationally for project implementations.
- Excellent communication skills for both pre-sales and client-facing delivery.

What You’ll Get

- International project exposure across the Middle East and Europe.
- On-the-job learning alongside senior SAP consultants.
- Competitive pay with regular performance reviews.
- Hybrid work options and adaptable leave.

Location: Mumbai / Pune, India — with international travel for project implementations.
