About the Role

The Marcom Avenue is looking for an experienced and creative Content Strategy Team Lead to drive content strategy, brand storytelling, and content execution across multiple brands. The role involves leading a team of copywriters, developing content strategies aligned with client objectives, and ensuring high-quality content delivery across formats.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires the candidate to actively contribute to content creation and execution, alongside managing the team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in creative writing, long-form content, brand communication, and working with established brands in a creative or digital agency setting.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Content Strategy: Develop content strategies, creative concepts,



and storytelling approaches aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
- Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and manage a team of copywriters, delegate assignments, review deliverables, and ensure quality and timely execution.
- Hands-on Content Creation: Personally contribute to writing and executing content deliverables, including creative copy, long-form content, and brand communication, while balancing team leadership responsibilities based on project requirements.
- Content Planning: Create content plans and briefs for blogs, articles, websites, campaigns, thought leadership, and brand communication.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, messaging, and storytelling across different clients and platforms.
- Content Quality: Review, edit, and approve content to maintain high standards

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
