Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Trainer to train, mentor, and guide our students in developing effective sales skills. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical sales sessions, role-playing activities, and industry-based training aligned with our diploma programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver interactive training modules on sales fundamentals, B2C/B2B selling, customer handling, negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Conduct classroom and practical sessions on topics such as lead generation, communication skills, product pitching, and relationship building.
- Train students on telemarketing, door-to-door, and consultative sales strategies using real-life scenarios.
- Conduct mock sales calls, role-plays, and client simulations to enhance practical skills.




- Customize training material to match the learning level of students (especially beginners/freshers).
- Assess students' performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the content team to update and improve training material.
- Stay updated with the latest sales tools, CRM systems, and market trends.
- Mentor students during on-the-job training (OJT) and internships if applicable.
- Submit weekly training reports, feedback logs, and progress summaries.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1+ year of proven experience in sales .
- Strong understanding of various sales models – B2C, field sales, telesales, service selling.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong ability to motivate and inspire young learners.
- Patience, approachability, and a learner-first attitude.

Preferred Experience:

- Above 1 year Experience as sales professionals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales dashboards, and reporting tools.

Compensation:

Based on experience and qualifications. Performance incentives may be included.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
