Job Responsibilities:
- Procure interior fit-out, civil, electrical, hardware, and finishing materials.
- Source vendors, compare quotations, and negotiate prices.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely material delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships, quality checks, and cost control.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline; Civil Engineering preferred.
- Experience in interior or construction procurement.
- Good negotiation, vendor management, and MS Excel skills.
