Job Description: Student Counsellor – Study Abroad

Job Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities and study abroad programs.
- Provide guidance on universities, courses, eligibility criteria, and admission requirements.
- Assist students in selecting suitable courses and institutions based on their academic background and career goals.
- Explain the admission process, tuition fees, scholarships, and other related expenses.
- Guide students through application procedures and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Coordinate with university representatives and the documentation team.
- Maintain student records and regularly update counselling follow-up details.




- Provide accurate information about admission procedures and visa requirements.
- Achieve counselling and admission targets while ensuring excellent student service.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant qualifications are an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, preferably in the study abroad or overseas education industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of international education systems and admission processes.
- Strong follow-up, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work towards targets and manage multiple student inquiries.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
