Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and direct communication.
- Explain product details, features, availability, and pricing to customers.
- Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices as required.
- Follow up with existing and new customers to generate business.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and provide proper service.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to check stock availability and arrange timely delivery.
- Maintain customer details, sales records, and daily sales reports.
- Follow up on pending orders and payments when required.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Support the team in developing new customers and increasing sales.
