Gallant Green Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a growing Solar EPC company delivering end-to-end solar solutions for commercial, industrial and institutional clients. We are looking for confident, ambitious and target-oriented candidates to join our sales team.

JOB DETAILS

Position: Solar Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0–10 Years | Freshers Can Apply

Locations: Raipur | Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh | Bargarh, Odisha

Industry: Solar Power | Renewable Energy | Electrical Engineering

CTC: ₹2.40 Lakh – to Hike in Last CTC + Performance Incentives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead generation and business development for solar projects

* Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities

* Conduct client meetings and present techno-commercial solar solutions

* Prepare proposals, quotations and basic financial calculations

* Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys and project requirements

* Regular follow-up with prospects and customers

* Negotiate with clients and support deal closure

* Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets

ELIGIBILITY

* Graduate in any discipline





* MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred

* BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering will be an advantage

* 0–10 years of experience in sales, business development or related fields

* Good communication and a willingness to learn can apply

* Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills

* Positive, target-oriented and self-motivated approach

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel

* Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

* Interest in solar energy and renewable energy
