​We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with 4-7 years of experience who is passionate about solving complex problems using data and AI. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, NLP, Generative AI, and a strong grasp of working with databases and search engines like MongoDB, Solr, and Redis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement data-driven solutions that enhance our HR technology products.

​Key Responsibilities

- Data Analysis & Modeling
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Develop predictive models, algorithms, and machine learning solutions to solve business problems.
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Work on text processing, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and text classification.
- Build and fine-tune language models using tools like Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs, or similar frameworks.
- Generative AI & LLMs
- Develop and deploy solutions using large language models (LLMs) for tasks such as text generation, summarization, and conversational AI.
- Experiment with state-of-the-art generative AI technologies to enhance product capabilities.
- Database & Search Optimization
- Manage and optimize NoSQL databases such as MongoDB for high performance.
- Work with Solr and Redis to develop and maintain search functionality and caching mechanisms.
- API Development & Integration
- Design and develop RESTful APIs to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems.
- Collaborate with backend engineers for seamless system integration.




- Research & Innovation
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and machine learning.
- Propose innovative solutions and conduct research to improve the performance of existing systems.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in data science and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python and its libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with NLP tools and frameworks like NLTK, SpaCy, or Hugging Face.
- Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools.
- Solid knowledge of MongoDB, Solr, and Redis.
- Proficient in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis.

Preferred:

- Experience in the HR tech industry.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
- Contributions to open-source NLP/AI projects are a plus.

Pay: ₹840,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
