What You’ll Do
Source, screen & shortlist candidates for multiple clients
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles
Work on PAN India hiring requirements
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Manage candidate databases, trackers & recruitment pipelines
Handle bulk hiring and volume recruitment
Achieve recruitment targets while delivering a great candidate experience
