Seamless Specialty Groups is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented logistics & customs clearance manager to manage end-to-end import logistics and customs clearance operations.

Our company imports liquor, food grains, fish, and a wide range of other commodities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in port and air cargo clearance, customs documentation, import procedures, and coordination with Customs House Agents (CHA) to ensure timely and efficient shipment clearance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end import logistics, including sea freight and air cargo clearance.
- Handle customs clearance procedures and ensure accurate import documentation.
- Coordinate with CHA agents, shipping lines, freight forwarders, airlines, and port authorities.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely clearance and delivery of imported goods.
- Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations, import policies, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to maintain smooth logistics operations.
- Track freight charges, customs duties, clearance costs,



and other import-related expenses.
- Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and clearance-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of import shipments and logistics transactions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in logistics, import operations, and customs clearance.
- Experience handling imports of liquor, food grains, fish, food products, or other commodities will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of customs documentation, import procedures, sea freight, and air cargo clearance.
- Experience coordinating with CHA agents, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
- Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of applicable import regulations and relevant product-specific compliance requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

- Annual CTC: ₹5–10 LPA, based on qualifications and experience.
