- Vendor & Sourcing Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard fabric mills, trim suppliers, and cut-and-sew factories.
- Audit suppliers for capacity, ethical compliance, quality standards, and lead times.
- Negotiate raw material and production pricing (FOB, Ex-Factory, CMT) to hit profit margins.
- Product Development & Costing
- Collaborate with designers to review tech packs, sketch specifications, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
- Source and coordinate swatches, proto samples, fit samples, and salesman samples (SMS).
- Prepare detailed cost sheets covering fabric, wash, print, embroidery, accessories, and labor.
- Order & Production Tracking
- Manage Time and Action (T&A;) calendars to ensure raw material booking, knitting/weaving, dyeing, and assembly stay on schedule.
- Coordinate pre-production (PP)



meetings with internal teams and external vendors.
- Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and troubleshoot production or fabric delays.
- Quality & Compliance Approvals
- Track and submit lab dips, strike-offs, fit comments, and test reports for buyer/designer sign-off.
- Coordinate inline, pre-final, and final quality inspections.
- Logistics & Shipment
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, custom documentation teams, and warehouses to track bulk shipments until final delivery.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
