Job Purpose: To handle customers, coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs, and ensure timely delivery with customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and service estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians and the spare parts department.
- Update customers on repair status, cost, and delivery time.
- Ensure quality checks and timely vehicle delivery.
- Explain completed work and recommend periodic maintenance.
- Handle customer complaints and follow up for feedback.
- Maintain service records and achieve customer satisfaction targets.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 1–3 years in a two-wheeler workshop preferred.

Required Skills: Valuable communication, customer handling, basic technical knowledge, computer skills, and team coordination.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
