Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Noida, Sector 69. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in handling phone calls, and the ability to convert potential leads into customers through effective sales conversations and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Explain company products and services to potential clients over the phone.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Follow up with interested prospects to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and business growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred; 12th pass candidates may also apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer handling preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and handling customer objections.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
