Key Responsibilities – ITI Electrician (Maintenance)

- Perform routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment, machinery, and plant installations.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, pumps, control panels, wiring, and industrial machines.
- Inspect and maintain electrical panels, circuit breakers, contactors, relays, and distribution boards.
- Carry out electrical wiring, cable laying, termination, and replacement as required.
- Maintain and troubleshoot three-phase motors, starters, VFDs, and basic electrical control systems.
- Monitor electrical equipment performance and identify potential faults to minimize machine downtime.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of recent electrical equipment and machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.




- Follow electrical safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), and use appropriate PPE.
- Maintain records of preventive maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and spare parts consumption.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Identify and report electrical hazards, faulty equipment, and recurring maintenance issues.
- Ensure proper use of electrical tools, testing instruments, and maintenance equipment.
- Support energy-saving initiatives and maintain good housekeeping in the maintenance area.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
