About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are interested in building a career in business development, sales, and the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential business leads through online research and various platforms.
- Research companies, clients, and decision-makers in the IT industry.
- Use LinkedIn and other platforms for prospecting and lead generation.
- Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and professional networking.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining lead databases.
- Support the business development team in achieving sales targets.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business development.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research.
- Willingness to learn lead generation and client handling.
- Proactive attitude with good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of the IT industry will be an added advantage.
