The role
We are seeking a highly capable Account Manager who acts as the critical bridge between client expectations and operational execution. This is not a traditional, passive liaison role: you bring comprehensive understanding of every technical skill set required to execute a campaign. You do not just document client requirements - you fundamentally understand what needs to be done, how it needs to be executed, and which internal teams deliver it.
Who you are
- Execution ownership: you treat every account and campaign as your own business, overseeing the full project lifecycle.
- Process optimisation: you naturally identify workflow bottlenecks and streamline cross-team execution.
- Cross-functional orchestration: you understand the mechanics of SEO, performance marketing, development and design well enough that nothing is lost in translation.
- Calm under pressure: agency environments shift suddenly - you stay analytical, level-headed and decisive when mitigating risks.
- Technological acumen:
highly proficient in data reporting and campaign tracking, using modern AI tools to optimise your own workflow.

- Manage expectations with structured data reporting and clear operational timelines.
