RiskMan Consulting LLP is looking for a Senior Analyst to conduct business process audits focusing on labour law compliance, HR, payroll, and internal controls.

About the Role -

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct labour law compliance audits covering PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, bonus, gratuity, minimum wages, contract labour, and applicable labour regulations.
- Audit end-to-end payroll processes, including salary calculations, attendance, incentives, deductions, TDS, and full & final settlements.
- Review HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee exits, background verification, and POSH compliance.
- Identify payroll anomalies, ghost employees, duplicate payments, and potential financial leakages using data analytics.
- Execute risk-based business process audits covering procurement, sales, inventory, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
- Prepare process flowcharts, Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs), audit working papers, and reports.
- Test internal controls, identify gaps, recommend corrective actions, and track remediation.
- Support IFC/ICFR audits and coordinate with clients and engagement managers.

Required Qualifications

- CA / CA Inter, MBA (Finance), M.Com, B.Com, or a relevant Commerce, Finance, or Accounting qualification.




- 1–3 years of experience in internal audit, business process audit, or risk advisory; articleship experience is considered.
- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliances, payroll, salary TDS, Form 16, and Form 24Q.
- Strong analytical, documentation, report-writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, and data analysis), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, and ICAI Standards on Internal Audit.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in labour law, HR, or payroll audits.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, Keka, greytHR, or audit analytics tools such as IDEA, ACL, or Power BI.
- CIA, CISA, or CFE certification, or willingness to pursue certification.
