- 5+ years of experience in Pega Development
- Strong understanding of Case Management and Case Creation
- Experience with Decision Rules, Rule Resolution, and Delegation Rules
- Hands-on experience in Pega Integrations (REST/SOAP/Web Services)
- Pega CSA/CSSA certification preferred
