Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled AI Filmmaker to manage the end-to-end production workflow for AI-generated micro-series, short-form dramas, and branded content.

The ideal candidate will have a strong filmmaking background, excellent screenplay-writing and storytelling skills, and hands-on experience with AI video and image generation tools. The candidate should be capable of independently managing pre-production, AI content generation, and visual continuity while meeting creative briefs and production deadlines.

The role involves working on multi-episode micro-dramas for OTT platforms and performance-driven branded content for digital and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop story arcs from client loglines, including character development, conflicts, and episode structures.
- Write screenplays in Hindi and Hinglish, including scenes, dialogues, voiceovers, and visual directions.
- Prepare detailed, shot-by-shot breakdowns with accurate timecodes aligned with episode duration.
- Create shot-specific AI generation prompts using tools such as Higgsfield, Freepik, and Kling.
- Generate, review, and refine AI-created images and video frames to meet creative briefs.
- Maintain visual continuity across multiple episodes, ensuring consistency in characters, costumes, environments, and visual styles.
- Independently manage pre-production and AI generation workflows while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Prepare editor handoff packages with shot sequences, colour-grading notes, and sound requirements.
- Collaborate with filmmakers, editors, and creative teams to deliver engaging, high-quality content.




- Work on multi-episode micro-dramas and branded content for OTT platforms and social media.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Practical filmmaking experience, whether formally trained or self-taught.
- Strong screenplay-writing, storytelling, and visualisation skills.
- Thorough understanding of pre-production, including story development, scripting, shot planning, and visual direction.
- Ability to create detailed visual descriptions and prompts for AI-generated content.
- Hands-on experience with AI video and image generation tools, including Higgsfield, Freepik, and Kling.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Seedance 2.5.
- Previous experience working on micro-dramas or OTT platform content is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of visual continuity and multi-episode storytelling.
- Ability to write screenplays and dialogues in Hindi/Hinglish.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
