We are looking for an experienced Shopify Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our product catalog operations for an international fashion e-commerce brand.

This is not a basic product-listing or data-entry role. We need someone who can manage the complete product lifecycle on Shopify, maintain a large product catalog, coordinate bulk uploads and updates, improve catalog accuracy, manage product organization, and build efficient processes for ongoing product operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling thousands of SKUs, product variants, bulk CSV imports and exports, catalog audits, and operational improvements independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the complete product catalog operation on Shopify, from product onboarding to ongoing updates and maintenance.
- Manage large product catalogs containing thousands of SKUs, variants, sizes, colours, images, prices, and product attributes.
- Plan and execute bulk product uploads, edits, and updates using CSV files and Shopify import/export workflows.
- Validate CSV files before importing and troubleshoot import errors, missing fields, duplicate products, and incorrect variant data.
- Maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, barcodes, product images, metafields, and other relevant product information.
- Manage product categorization, collections, filters, navigation, and product organization to improve the shopping experience.
- Coordinate product launches, catalog updates, product availability changes, and discontinued product management.
- Establish quality-control processes to identify and resolve duplicate listings, incorrect variants, broken images, missing information,



and data inconsistencies.
- Work with merchandising, marketing, SEO, and other teams to ensure products are structured correctly and ready for publication.
- Maintain catalog documentation, operating procedures, update logs, and reporting dashboards.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive catalog tasks and improve the speed, accuracy, and scalability of product operations.
- Monitor catalog health and ensure product information remains consistent across relevant systems and sales channels.

Requirements

- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Shopify product operations, catalog management, or e-commerce product management.
- Demonstrated experience managing large Shopify catalogs with substantial SKU and product-variant volumes.
- Strong practical knowledge of Shopify product management, CSV imports/exports, bulk updates, and catalog troubleshooting.
- Experience managing product data, collections, categories, product attributes, images, pricing, and variants.
- Robust Excel or Google Sheets skills, including data cleaning, lookups, filtering, and bulk data validation.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of product data accurately.
- Ability to independently own processes, identify operational problems, and implement practical solutions.




- Strong organizational, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with an international e-commerce brand, preferably in fashion, apparel, or women's clothing.
- Experience with Shopify apps, product data feeds, catalog integrations, or automation tools.
- Familiarity with product SEO, structured product information, and merchandising workflows.

- Timely completion of bulk uploads and catalog updates.
- Effective management of SKUs and product variants.
- Reduction in duplicate, incomplete, or incorrectly configured products.
- Improved catalog processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
