Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will connect with potential students and working professionals over calls, provide information about our programs, generate leads, and convert them into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and professionals.
- Explain program details, benefits, and answer queries confidently.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a proper follow-up system.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales and counseling team to achieve monthly targets.




- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in calling, sales, or counseling (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and qualified on calls.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into enrollments.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
