Job Description:

We are looking for a Documentation Executive to join our immigration company.The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, and passionate about helping people with their study and manages client paperwork for visa applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to authorities, involving client communication, file management, compliance checks, and updates on immigration laws, requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills for success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, verify, and organize client documents as per visa and immigration requirements.
- Ensure all forms and supporting documents are complete and error-free.
- Maintain and update client files and records systematically.
- Communicate with clients to request any missing or additional documentation.




- Coordinate with internal teams to track the progress of applications.
- Assist in preparing files for submission to embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client data.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream) or Diploma.
- Freshers can also apply; prior experience in documentation, immigration, or visa processing will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, scanning, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
