Kolkata@99 is a growing cloud kitchen in Kolkata. We are expanding our operations and preparing to launch multiple food brands from our existing kitchen. We are looking for an experienced Chinese Cook to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Chinese dishes, including noodles, fried rice, starters and other Chinese menu items.
- Handle wok cooking, sauces, marinades and ingredient preparation.
- Maintain consistent taste, portion sizes and food quality.
- Manage food preparation during busy delivery hours.
- Coordinate with kitchen helpers and packing staff.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Chinese cuisine is preferred.
- Must know how to prepare Chinese dishes independently.
- Experience in a restaurant or cloud kitchen is an advantage.
- Must be punctual, responsible and able to work in a busy kitchen.
