About the Role

We are looking for a creative, technically skilled, and ownership-driven Photographer who can independently execute professional shoots and translate creative briefs into compelling visuals.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in commercial photography, brand campaigns, fashion shoots, and product photography, along with an understanding of agency workflows and production environments.

You should be able to make confident creative decisions, manage shoot execution, and deliver high-quality images with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot brand campaigns, fashion editorials, product photography, advertising creatives, and digital content.
- Develop moodboards and determine the composition, lighting, angles, styling, and visual direction for each brief.
- Plan and execute shoots with creative strategists, stylists, models, and production teams.
- Set up and manage cameras, lighting, and equipment for studio and on-location shoots.
- Handle image selection, colour correction, grading, retouching, and final file delivery.
- Collaborate with creative and post-production teams to maintain visual consistency across campaigns.
- Troubleshoot on-set challenges and manage multiple shoots while meeting deadlines.

Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 3 years of professional photography experience,



preferably in a creative agency, production house, advertising, or fashion environment.
- Proven expertise in product, fashion, and commercial photography, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Strong command of cameras, lenses, studio and natural lighting, composition, and exposure.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, including colour correction, skin retouching, frequency separation, dodge and burn, and product cleanup.
- Ability to independently manage the complete workflow, from shooting and retouching to final delivery, without relying on a separate editor.
- Experience working with models, products, and studio or on-location setups.

Valuable to Have

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Capture One, Camera Raw, or tethered shooting.
- Experience with e-commerce, catalogue, jewellery, or lifestyle photography.
- Basic video or Reels-style shooting experience, or familiarity with AI-assisted image workflows.
- Personal photography equipment (an advantage, but not mandatory).

What We're Looking For

Someone with a strong visual eye, attention to detail, and the ability to take complete ownership of a shoot. You should be comfortable managing tight deadlines, handling feedback, and delivering polished, client-ready images independently.

We value initiative, technical expertise, and demonstrated work over impressive-sounding job titles.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
